When can i go back into the Rite Aid i was arrested at? Its been almost 1 yr?
I had been doing it for months before that getting away with a LOT..i finally got caught..well the detector rung on me becuz of something I BOUGHT from another store..instead of walking out i walked back thinking they wouldnt have anything against me..
The serial codes of the things i had was from their store only..
I was arrested last year on march 23rd..how long till i can go back in? they have no camera’s and most of the "crew" is gone
Depends on how long they banned you. Even if NO one remains, if you get arrested in the store again (and it seems likely) and they find you were banned and the ban was still effective, you also pick up a trespassing charge.

its been a long time’ it is very iunliikely that they remember you as shooplifters are caught every week
just dont steal from there yyou are legally aloud to enter a store

Jeff O is quite wrong. You don not have any right to go back into the store you were arrested in. If that is inconvenient to you you should not have shoplifted. You are technically banned forever from that store and could be rearrested as a trespasser. You will just have to live with your lapse of judgment and find another Rite Aid. There are lots of them.
Bob is quite right, except in saying that you can go to another Rite-Aid. It depends on the trespass notice you received from the store, but most chains ban you from entering any of their stores, not just the one location from which you shoplifted. So… find another drugstore. Oh, and I’ve never seen an expiration date on those notices, either, so yeah, you’re pretty much banned forever.
Those detectors don’t usually ring off when an item from another store is passed through. Each store has its own programmed code.
And if they told you they never wanted you there again, they meant never.
When you get more self assured and grow a few more years, you may know if you are ready to go back after you are not nervous about it anymore.
